Consolidated Rule Book

The corporations’ objectives are to be an active, powerful and influential consultative council which gives voice and influence for Aboriginal people in education and training.​

Under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act) a corporation must have a written constitution or rule book.

The rule book contains information such as:

    • the corporation’s name and objectives
    • a dispute resolution mechanism for disputes within the corporation
    • the number of directors’ meetings to be held each year.
